Learn what you’ll need and how you’ll do it. Find a basin or a container large enough to hold both feet. Line it with a white garbage bag if you don’t want mom’s feet in it. Fill it with enough warm water to cover her feet. You may add a small amount of Epsom salts or a sweet smelling body wash. Soak mom’s feet for 5-10 minutes. If you have an exfoliant at home you may gently rub it on her feet (even a facial exfoliant will work). Pat her feet dry with a towel and be sure to dry between the toes. Next massage a moisturizer onto her feet and pat off the excess with a towel. Finish by putting a fresh pair of cotton socks on her feet. Mom will love it!
