Inn & Spa - Terms & ConditionsReservationsConfirmation Deposit: At the time of booking a 25% non-refundable deposit* is required to confirm and hold your reservation. The deposit amount is based on the total value of your package. Once your deposit is taken your reservation is confirmed. You will be sent a confirmation email or letter within 72 hours of the deposit. Cancellations & No Shows: Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to your arrival date. Failure to meet this condition or failure to show up for your reservation results in a 70% charge of the total value of your reservation. Rescheduling Dates: Dates may be rescheduled up to 14 days prior to your arrival date. Once your reservation is confirmed a fee of $30 applies to cover administrative costs in rescheduling your reservation. Deposits will be lost after one year of the original reservation date. Gift Certificates: All above mentioned terms and conditions apply to gift certificates. If you would like to discuss our cancellation policy, please all us at 1-866-487-3277. Thank you. Check In and Check OutCheck In: Arrival for the inn and your room is 2:00pm. Check Out: Departure for the inn and your room is 10:30am. Spa: If you are staying at the inn we recommend checking in 30 minutes before your first treatment. If you are not staying at the inn we recommend arriving 10 minutes before your first treatment. SPA RelatedBookings: We recommend reserving your spa treatments in advance to ensure availability. Day Spa: Our spa is open to guests not staying at the inn. A credit card is required to reserve spa treatments. All cancellations must be made 48 hours before the start time to avoid being charged the full amount of your reservation. Gift Certificates: All reservation cancellations must be made 48 hours before the start time of your first treatment to avoid forfeiture of your gift certificate. Male & Female Therapists: We employ professional male and female spa therapists. Schedule: Your spa schedule will be provided a minimum of 5 days ahead of your reservation. Amenities: Robes and sandals are provided. Hot Tub, Dry Sauna & Steam Room: Available primarily to guests staying at the inn. Please ask for day spa availability and rates. Please bring your bathing suit. Open from 10:30am to 10:00pm. Please shower before using, this is a health regulation. Massage Receipts: We do not mail massage receipts you must get them from the therapist at the time of your massage. Most of our therapists are orthotherapists registered in Ontario, we recommend you verify your insurance company will accept their receipts. Spa Caution: If you are pregnant, have recently had a surgery or cancer, have high blood pressure or heart disease it is your responsibility to discuss any concerns with your doctor and notify us at the time of reservation. Meals & DiningOur dining room is available for the inn's guests. However spa guests may reserve lunch. Breakfast: Served between 8:30 and 10:00am. Lunch: By reservation. We serve a spa lunch consisting of a cheese plate, chicken salad & light dessert. Dinner: By reservation. We serve a 4 course table d'hôte menu at $51 per person, gratuities included. MiscellaneousSmoking: The complete Inn is non-smoking. If you would like to smoke we ask that you do so away from the main building so other guests are not bothered. If we determine that a guest has smoked in their room, a charge of $50 will be applied to their credit card to cover the additional costs of cleaning and removing the scent. Wine & Spirits: The complete Inn is licensed to serve alcohol. You may not bring any alcohol for consumption on the premises. Alcohol is not permitted in the spa. Children: We do not recommend children under 16 at the inn. They are permitted if they are with a group who has rented the entire inn. Sometimes special arrangements can be made, please contact us to discuss. Gift Certificates: We recommend reserving approximately 3 weeks in advance. *With exception to our Theatre Packages where a 25% deposit of your stay is taken plus the full amount for the theatre tickets that we pre-purchase for you. | |
